With the ongoing concern of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) we would like to reassure everyone, including new patients, that we will continue to open as per usual until it is no longer safe to do so.
Our primary concern is the safety of our patients, practitioners and the community. We will make every effort to ensure that we can safely provide care to our patients while aiming to minimise the potential risk.

Please follow the guidelines provided if you are attending an appointment with us during the week. It is essential that we all cooperate to make
Masks will be essential for all visits until the end of the lockdown period.
Please wait in your car if the waiting area is full, we will call you once we are ready to see you.
For your safety, we will be blocking out times to limit the amount of people in the waiting area.
Please avoid bringing your family and friends into the clinic.
If you meet any of the following criteria we ask that you please postpone your appointment for 14 days
- Recently travelled overseas
Had any cold or flu symptoms or are feeling generally unwell
Been in close contact with anyone who meets the above criteria
If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, flu like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fatigue) or shortness of breath please self isolate and please seek medical advice.

What are we doing to limit your exposure?
Our staff have completed the Infection Control Training by the Australian Department of Health
Ask that every patient and practitioner clean their hands when they walk in to reception
Cleaning and disinfecting the treatment table and other surfaces in our consult rooms after each visit
Washing our hands and/or using hand sanitizer between patients
Providing hand sanitizer in the treatment rooms for patient use
All magazines and toys have been removed from the waiting room
Increase the distance between chairs in the waiting room
Is there anything I can do if I still want injury management without coming in to the clinic?
Yes, we have decided to offer online video consultations (Telehealth Video Solutions).
In a lot of cases injury management does not require hands on therapy (adjustments, muscle work and needling, as some of our patients would have already seen we don’t provide treatment with all visits.
Please be aware that you will be unable to claim through private health care for online consultations.
