Focusing on the deeper layers of muscles. The deep pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.

It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for physical activity and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger point massage is the application of pressure to the muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.

Positional release involves the therapist shortening the muscle to perform trigger point therapy with less pain.

MFR specifically targets and stretches fascia allowing for more freedom of movement.

Rocktape microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, which decompresses the area which reduces swelling. Rocktape also signals the central nervous system through the skin’s nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimize pain and cue form.
