Associate Female Chiropractor
Zanè has an interest in sports and exercise and is passionate about promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. From competing in swimming at a state level for 6 years and noticing a lack of emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation, Zanè aims to bridge the gap between injury and performance for athletes and non-athletes alike. She was the student representative for Sports Chiropractic Australia whilst at university and still volunteers at events such as the Rottnest Swim and Uni Sports.
Zanè promotes evidence-based and patient-entered care, she believes that each individual deserves to have their goals met and catered for, whether that be in sports or everyday life. Zanè’s interest in sports and exercise is evidenced by her qualification as a personal trainer. She lives by the terms “movement is medicine” and “motion is lotion”, Zanè believes that everyone should stay active in ways they enjoy for long-term health, regardless of age.
Zanè utilises a range of modalities including adjustments, soft tissue therapy, taping, dry needling and rehab prescription. She believes that education plays a vital role in someone’s treatment as it empowers the patient to understand their condition and what they can do themselves to address it, ensuring a collaborative approach.
Outside the clinic, Zanè enjoys going to the gym, triathlon training, baking and spending time with family and friends.
